The Gratitude Party

A weekly gratitude meetup for the kindest people on the internet.
Thursdays at 8:30am PST

Gratitude is meant to be felt.

Speaking your gratitudes out loud to others and being seen in them turns it fully into a heart practice instead of a thinking practice.

What to know before showing up

What to know before showing up

Gratitude shifts the way you experience your life.

It elevates your mindset, opens your perspective, and brings you into what’s already working.

When practiced consistently, it raises your energy, softens your heart, and makes you more magnetic to what you desire.

Just show up.

No prep, no pressure, no right way to do it.

Come as you are, with an open heart.

Why The Gratitude Party exists

Why The Gratitude Party exists

People know gratitude is great.
So why keep it to yourself?

What most people don’t realize is how powerful it becomes when it’s shared out loud, in the presence of others.

It deepens and expands when it’s shared.

It shifts from something you think about… into something you actually experience.

The story behind The Gratitude Party coming to life

The story behind The Gratitude Party coming to life

For over 300 days in a row I wrote 3 things down I was grateful for at the end of the day. It was nice to be able to look back on what made my days meaningful. It didn't transform my emotional state though.

I came across a group of people doing gratitudes in a social setting each morning. I thought I knew gratitude, but this was such a jolt to my system. I'd leave with my cheeks hurting from smiling so much and I'd be skipping to the gym. That group fell off a few years back and it's made me realize how powerful the practice was and how much it needs to exist in the world.
